These terms govern access to and use of MintTap products, support pages, and related account services.
Use of the Service
MintTap products are provided for personal financial tracking, information management, and related account features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the service.
No Investment Advice
MintTap is an informational software service. It does not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or brokerage services. Investment decisions remain your responsibility.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support promptly.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of market data, notifications, or third-party integrations across all MintTap products.
Third-Party Services
MintTap relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including authentication, cloud storage, notifications, analytics, and advertising tools. Availability and performance may depend in part on those providers.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion may be requested through the in-app deletion flow. We may suspend access in cases involving misuse, abuse, or threats to service integrity.
